Robert "Bob" Caruso is President and CEO of ServiceMac, a company that subservices about $95 billion in loans. Caruso previously served at Bank of America, Chase, C&S Bank, Lender Processing Services, ServiceLink, and Wells Fargo. There, he oversaw the Wachovia Mortgage acquisition, working out the problems in that portfolio and saving billions of dollars of losses and expenses. He also ran Wells Fargo's Mortgage Default operations from 2009-2011. Caruso managed over $1 trillion in loans and more than 10,000 workers.
