At Padgett Law Group (PLG), Marissa M. Yaker oversees foreclosure processing and operations across eight physical locations within the firm’s footprint. Yaker’s practice is primarily focused on creditor’s rights and foreclosure. She has a passion for FHA-related servicing and has conducted numerous onsite training sessions, participated on conference panels, led digital webinars, and authored numerous articles related to the oversight and servicing of FHA loans. She is Interim-Chair of Legal League’s Special Initiatives Working Group. In January 2020 and January 2021, Yaker was recognized by DS News as one of the Top 25 Women in Law, 2020 Rising Business Leader, and 2020 ALFN JPEG Award Winner.
