I have already registered for the in-person meeting; do I need to register again for the virtual meeting?
Nope, your registration for the in-person event has already been transferred to the virtual event.
When I registered for the in-person meeting I paid more than the current virtual registration price, how do I get my money back?
All current registrants have already been issued a credit letter. This credit is good for any Five Star produce or event from now until October 1, 2021.
When I registered for the in-person meeting I paid less than the current virtual registration price, do I owe the difference?
No you do not. We are honoring the lower price that you previously paid.
I can no longer attend the conference; can I receive a refund?
All cancellations prior to August 1, 2020 are eligible for a full refund. After August 1, 2020 attendees will receive a credit to be applied to a future event before October 1, 2021.
I signed up to be a sponsor/exhibitor for the in-person event; how does a virtual conference affect my current commitment?

I have a hotel reservation for the in-person meeting; do I need to cancel it?
No. The Hyatt will cancel all current reservations.

Do I need to download or install any software to be able to join the summit?
No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate in our conference. You only need to have access to the internet.
Can I ask a panelist a question?
Yes. You can ask a panelist questions by using the Q&A widget within the General Session virtual space.
Can I save the presentations?
No. However, all attendees will be able to login into the system to view the presentations again for up to 90-days and play them anytime, anywhere.
Where do I visit Exhibitors?
To visit booths, and chat with exhibitors you can click the “Exhibit Hall” button and that will take you directly to the exhibit hall.
How do I chat with other attendees?
Each room in the virtual center will have a chat box. For example, if you are in the lobby, simply click the chat button, and any attendees that are in that location, and have activated chat will be available. You can select the name of the person you wish to chat with and start your networking conversation.
Why should I visit the lounge area?
The lounge is a networking area for all attendees to visit while not in a session or in the exhibit hall. All attendees are welcome to network and chat with other attendees in the lounge area as you would in the lobby or networking area at an in-person event. Sponsors also have chat rooms to speak with their representatives directly.
